The episode starts with Suman, overwhelmed with emotion as she realizes that she has finally received the love of her husband. Her heart swells with gratitude, especially after the death of her father a few months ago. Teerth’s newfound love for her feels genuine, and she is surprised by the depth of his affection. With his love and respect, Suman feels more empowered than ever to pursue her goals. Her confidence soars, and she dreams of a peaceful and contented life, where she only has to love her husband and the family. Hema, her mother, blesses her for a happy future.
Meanwhile, Devika is determined to take her daughter Reva with her, refusing to leave without her. This leads to chaos in the Mittal house, as Guru and Teerth prevent Devika from taking her daughter, deciding instead to keep Reva with them.
Suman, excited to marry Teerth again, becomes emotional as she holds a photograph of her deceased brother, who had always wished for her and Teerth to be together. She arrives at the temple where the wedding ceremony is to take place, but to her shock, Teerth has not shown up yet. As she anxiously tries to reach him and other family members, no one answers her calls. The uncertainty fills her with dread, though her mother reassures her that nothing bad will happen this time.
After a tense wait, a car pulls up in front of the temple. Suman runs towards it, thinking Teerth has arrived, but it is Devika who steps out of the car. Suman is taken aback and asks Devika about Teerth, to which Devika mockingly replies that Teerth will no longer be coming to marry her.
The situation becomes more tense when the police arrive. Suman tries to provide proof of her innocence, but she is unable to reach Teerth. The constable brings Gulshan forward, who falsely claims that Suman was the mastermind behind the plot to trap Devika and had orchestrated the attempt on Teerth’s life during a political event. Devika also adds her own fabricated claims, alleging that Suman’s desire to murder Teerth stems from her mental instability.
The police officer, convinced by the lies, mentions that they have found illegal money, which seems to link Suman to a criminal case. Despite the conspiracy against her, Suman is unable to defend herself, and the police arrest her. She is caught in a web of deceit and cannot save herself this time.
